"It is sometimes difficult when busy and dealing with walk in services even more so when busy and there is no consideration. So I checked in online and then call to verifiy I can come without waiting, explained I didn't have a lot of time but that I checked in online and wanted to make sure when I get there she is available. Person said yes she is here and available and stated yes I see you checked in online "we got you" there in 10 min just as someone was sitting in her chair. My choices: wait 30 mins or find another place to go to from here on out."

"My husband went to this place IT IS THE WORST HAIR CUT EVER!!!! He was so mad!!!!!he said that the girl Jenny who did his hair did not even know what she was doing when he asked her to do a fade, she did not even know what to do. I was trying to be very nice to him when I saw him because he was very upset so I told him "it doesn'tlook too bad". BUT it really does look horrible. I think he shouldn't have even paid for the unprofessional cut!!!"

"I like the friendly/quick service. I think that keeping a customers hair cut preference on the computer is a great idea, Its nice not to have to explain how you want your hair cut every time you come in. Its very clean and comfortable. Its an all around great place to get a hair cut! Oh and I love the coupon card! James S."

"Rude, unprofessional salon associate Leslie should get a clue. It never pays to publicly berate a customer she has offended previously! And it certainly cost Velia her tip when Leslie butted in and interfered with her co-worker's transaction. NO, I won't be badgered or hustled into upgrading to an "MVP" (or a lapdance for that matter.) NO means NO. What part of NO do you not understand? I don't care what your sales quota is. I am the paying customer. You will perform to MY SPECIFICATIONS. I don't care what YOU WANT. I will say LESLIE'S recommendation of getting a better haircut and service at SUPERCUTS on 16th St. was correct. A much more professional environment and pleasant experience with polite associates. Drop off, LESLIE, you are a skank!"
